Randy Dooyema CEO
As the CEO of Financial Benefit Corp., Randy Dooyema assists individuals and their families in pursuing their financial dreams by building smart retirement income strategies.
With a steadfast commitment to always act with integrity and 40 years of experience under his belt, Randy and his business partner, Terry Wagner, built their small business from the ground up in 1985. Over the years, they have been recognized by many insurance companies and agencies for their work.
Randy holds life and health insurance licenses in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska, and he often travels to all four states to maintain lasting relationships and friendships with clients.
In his free time, Randy enjoys traveling and being outdoors skiing, scuba diving and fishing. He lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with his wife, Melissa. Together they have three sons, Blake, Alex and Nicholas, and one daughter, Meleah.

For over 40 years, Terry Wagner has helped others achieve their visions of financially secure retirements. He and his business partner, Randy Dooyema, met at a captive agency selling long-term care insurance and joined forces in 1985 to open Financial Benefit Corp. Decades later, they continue to love what they do and have humbly accepted honors from insurance companies and agencies for their continued commitment to excellent client services.
Terry holds life and health insurance licenses in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska, and he often travels to all four states to maintain lasting relationships and friendships with clients.
Terry enjoys trapshooting, fishing and hunting, as well as riding his motorcycle and landscaping around his house. He and his wife, Cyndee, live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
